LINCS FEST 2024 - Bookings now open

We welcome you to join us at Lincs Fest. This is Lincolnshire's very own version of Gilwell Reunion, including seminars and workshops, practical skill development opportunities, fun and adventurous activities, and lots of opportunities to socialise with fellow scouters.

The event is running from Saturday 21 September (with activities starting 10am) to Sunday 22 September (Lunchtime) and also the option to just come for the day on the Saturday. Full information and details will be shared with all participants a month before the event. We would encourage people to bring a tent for camping, but there is the option to bring a caravan/camper van if required. Electric and water hook-up is not available however.

One form needs completing per participant. Booking Link = https://forms.office.com/e/dp3e6NZg5M

The cost of the event is £7 for member within Lincolnshire Scouts and £10 for any other member of the Scout Association. All scouters, including Trustee Board members and Occasional Helpers are welcome. The event is STRICTLY over 18's only. Cost includes badge, travel mug, access to the event and all activities and tea/coffee/squash facilities throughout the event. You are encouraged to bring a pack up/picnic for Saturday lunchtime and purchase dinner from the range of street vendors that will be onsite for the Saturday evening. Sausage baps, bacon baps and a vegetarian/gluten free option will be available Sunday money at a small cost - with profits going towards our world Scout Jamboree Unit Leadership Team. There will also be a full bar open and available Saturday night at an additional cost to participants.

Payment must be made as soon as possible after submission of the booking form. This can be either posted or dropped into the County Offices, or paid via bank transfer.

For Bank Transfers please ensure the reference is "FEST-Surname and first initial”

Any questions then please direct these to secretary@lincolnshirescouts.org.uk or call 01522 217346.

We look forward to seeing you!
Happy Scouting
