Congratulations to 6th Skegness Sea Scouts

6th Skegness Sea Scouts were honoured to attend BBC Radio Lincolnshire's Make a Difference awards ceremony, as a finalist in the community group award category.

With over 500 nominations across the categories they made it to the final 4 and got a Highly Commended award which will take pride of place at their Scout Hall.

A huge congratulations to them and all the finalists and winners on the night.

6th Skegness (Sacred Heart) Sea Scouts is part of the Skegness & Spilsby District of Lincolnshire Scouts. They run the three standard youth sections: Beavers (6-8 years), Cubs (8-10½ years), and Scouts (10½-14 years), meeting during term time at the Sea Scout Hall on Wainfleet Road Playing Fields in Skegness. Splash Lincs 2025

Bookings are now open! We are holding two Splash! days for the Scout section at Whitewater, near Stamford that will include Sailing, SUPs and paddlesports. These events are open to Scouts 10-14 years old. The events are only open to members of Scouts. You can book for 1 day or both days. The events are designed to get more experience or have a taste of watersports.
